Alex had to go the Zoo for some extra credit for his biology class, so we made a little date out of it.
It has been FOREVER since I've been to the zoo. I've never been to the Phoenix zoo either. They don't have animals like Zebras and Giraffe's at the zoo in Seattle.... at least I don't remember them. So that was a fun thing to see the "desert" animals. I always remember loving the sea otters when I was little. My Grandma Gilbert would always point out how cute they were and we loved to watch them swim around! The Phoenix zoo only had a few otters, and not a huge exhibit for them, so we didn't see a lot of action... I was sad!!
(I just read that and it probably made me sound like a 5 yr old.... ah well)

Josh and I tool Lissa to the Zoo in Salt Lake last week! Isn't funny how outings like that make you feel like a little kid? Also, You and Alex are so cute! I'm excited to see you and meet him this summer (You're going to the family reunion right?!) AND I noticed your following my old lame blog, follow my new one :) Miss ya cousin!
